Pünktlich zum 35. Jubiläum im Jahr 2017 wird das Label METAL BLADE RECORDS in die Hall Of Heavy Metal History aufgenommen. Die Zeremonie findet am 18. Januar im Expo Center Anaheim statt. Die Award-Show wird von Eddie Trunk moderiert, außerdem werden dort Dio Disciples und Ross The Boss auftreten. Die Erlöse des Abends gehen an den Ronnie James Dio Stand Up And Shout Cancer Fund.
Metal-Blade-Gründer/-CEO Brian Slagel kommentiert: „We are totally honored to be inducted into such a great organization.
